SearchPie: SEO, Schema & Speed

Felicie made the SearchPie setup process quick and incredibly easy. Felicie walked me through every step, clearly explaining exactly what needed to be done along the way. It’s still early for me to provide complete feedback on the solution itself, but if the quality of SearchPie's customer support is any indication of what to expect, the bar has been set very high. A fantastic onboarding experience!

Great app and excellent customer service! I downloaded SearchPie and received help almost immediately with the setup. The support team was very helpful and guided me through everything I needed to activate. I now have the SEO features, schema, meta tags and image ALT optimization set up, and I’m really looking forward to seeing the results. So far, I’m very impressed with both the app and the fast support. Highly recommended!

I started the free trial and was really impressed to receive support straight away. I’ll definitely look at upgrading once I start to see the results. One of the biggest positives is that you’re not just left to figure everything out on your own. Kim was fantastic at explaining what needed to be done and guiding me through it in a really friendly and reassuring way. SEO etc is definitely outside my comfort zone, but she made everything feel much easier to understand. If you’re choosing between SEO apps, I’d definitely recommend going for one that offers good support and actually helps guide you through the process.

Used the SEO report for the first to investigate the speed of my site and at first glance not sure what the report actually meant and what i should do, but Felice (apologies if I miss spelt) helped me out and offered to organise the required fixes on the site for me. SearchPie SEO has been a total lifesaver for my site over the last few months. Honestly, I used to dread dealing with all the tedious technical stuff, but this app handles most of it on autopilot—automatically fixing missing alt text, compressing heavy images to speed up page loads, and setting up rich snippets so products actually pop on Google. The dashboard can feel a bit overwhelming at first because there are so many options, but the app itself is super solid—and a special shoutout to Felicie from their support team, who was amazingly helpful and walked me right through getting everything set up properly. Between the fantastic support and the sheer amount of time the app saves me on daily maintenance, it’s been worth every penny.

The staff is good about help you when your stuck. I would help if they had images for some the issues.
