I had a question in regard to my website performance. Most of this technical stuff is foreign to a candlemaker like me. The techs were quick to respond, take a look, and help fix some html issues. Hannah was awesome at sending the issue to the appropriate tech! My SEO score is now 93!
Es ist hervorragend, wenn ich ein Problem habe, kann ich über den Chat sofort jemand erreichen und mir wird sofort geholfen. Ein Expertenteam kümmert sich im Hintergrund um die Probleme zu beheben, mein Chatpartner (kein AI) hält mich wirklich minütlich auf dem laufenden. Selbst um Probleme die ich als Shop Inhaber selbst verursacht habe kümmert sich das tolle Team und löst diese als wäre das selbstverständlich. Wirklich toll und zu 100 % weiter zu empfehlen. Besten Dank gilt Felicie der sich meinen Problemen angenommen hat und diese an das Expertenteam zur weiteren Bearbeitung weiter gegeben hat.
