Not Working Fine, I paid For GMC But not fix my error and not aproved my product.

So this is a pretty pricey service. They do the bare minimum for the monthly cost. Limited scans and services around SEO that most other apps do they will charge hundreds of dollars for. Every service they offer can be found for much cheaper elsewhere.

Did not perform as promised. Paid $100/month but it's default template just duplicated meta data which hurt my SEO. requires extra paid services for $300 to actually get things working. Customer support did not seem to understand my needs.

This company is a SCAM! They charged me stating I was getting a free trial. I was CHARGED $399!! I reached out and they lied stating they were giving me a full refund. I checked it was a partial. I have been fighting with them to get the entire amount back. AVOID this scam!

Zero stars. Using the app default fixes suggested damaged my SEO score by their own scorecard. Changes can't be undone and support team not helpful at all.

The support was wonderful in the beginning, however, once you stop using the app all the work you put into the meta titles and descriptions disappear. I signed up to fix my issues only to find out that it's not a temporary fix and I had to to spend two weeks updating all of my info again. I also had duplicate meta descriptions and titles flagged while using this service. I had also turned off some of the features only to find out they were activated again. Totally screwed up my SEO. I asked for a refund and given the same templated info over and over again. Terrible experience. And I never got my $299 back even though I requested multiple times 1 month in. And they did not fulfill their end of the deal, or time commitment.

To clarify, our app works based on Shopify’s App Embed mechanism, so when the app is uninstalled, all related code is automatically removed from your store. Regarding the meta tags issue, it may happen when both Shopify’s native tags and our app’s tags exist at the same time. Disabling and later re-enabling or exporting tags could have caused the duplication again. We also followed up multiple times to offer support, including exporting your data and assisting even after uninstall. They have service where support help you by request support. It took forever to request and never got it done for passed 4 days, I've requested over 5 times. If you are not going to support, please remove this feature...

This is a terrible app. It suggested my Home Page Title and Meta Description were too long so I edited them via this app. It created a second and Meta Description. Their support was unable to assist me with this bug.

started out great and I made sure I wouldn't get overcharged after agreeing to try out for a month since they only give you 24 hours try them out. I was so excited to see their amazing options though. I was reassured by customer service I was safe.... then I was charged almost a THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION. BEWARE THEY'RE DOING THIS AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT CONSENT! NO DISCLOSURE NO BILL AGREEMENT. NOW MY BANK ACCOUNT IS WIPED OUT AND GETTING NON REFUND JUST A RUNAROUND. I HAVE NO MONEY NOW TY SO MUCH FOR DESTROYING MY LIFE IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS I WANT MY $700 ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE BACK NOW! I A NEW BUSINESS OWNER AND SINGLE MOM AND NOW CAN'T PAY MY BILLS YOU DRAINED MY ACCOUNT AND YOU'RE GIVING ME A RUNAROUND MAKING ANXIETY GO THROUGH THE ROOF I CAN'T SLEEP SHAME ON YOU!!

AIの訳のわからない説明ばかりで堂々巡りの説明をされ、アプリを導入した日にGoogleサーチコンソールに問題が生じているのでアプリを導入したことが起因しているのではないですか?と聞いたら「アプリによって引き起こされたということを証明してください」と言われ。。。 でもここ数ヶ月全く問題がなかったのに導入した日以降問題が生じているということはどう考えてもアプリですよね?という感じですが拉致があきません。 導入してから以降結構な時間を費やしてしまいましたがSEOにプラスになるどころか今まで上位表示されていたワードでも表示されなくなったものがいくつかあります。 すぐに「開発者に手伝ってもらいたいですか?なら別途このプランを契約してください。」などと次々プランを持ち出し契約させようとします。かなり粗手の手法だと思うので要注意です。

Be careful! THIS IS NOT A FREE APP! You will immediately be cheated out of $100 a month! Most likely the reviews are fake! And now they are too cool to help you. The support service is trying to trick you into paying, at least a little) $100 ??? are you kidding me?? there are dozens of free apps with exactly the same functionality! If they don't refund, we'll move on!

je ne recommande pas cette application malgres que je l'ai désinstalle ils essaye de prelever une grosse somme d'argent et ne veulent pas arrêter malgres mes relances et les mise en garde de shopify A FUIRE SURTOUT NE TELECHARGER PAS CETTE APPLI. vous êtes prévenu. au départ tout ce passe bien mais par la suite il vole les gens que vous supprimez ou pas l'appli il essaye de prelever une autre somme qui étais prévu au départ. leur manière de faire n'est pas professionnel du tout.

Don’t trust them, after getting SEMRUSH report we found after using this app the errors in site doubled. Don’t make mistakes that we did. You will ruin your site.

Update: They said that "preventing performance cheating is an ongoing challenge" That's ridiculous. I was informed that Shopify team have the blog and the training session about this problem 4 months ago. It is clear that SearchPie is outdated and lazy. SearchPie, if you have the mistake, please don't argue with your customer. This way is showing that your team is unprofessional company. They are using the FAKE method to optimize my store. They manipulate the results of performance metrics on my store. These services ultimately generate an inaccurate picture of the actual page speed and can put merchants at risk of violating Google policies. The action is unacceptable when charging $300 to optimize. How can Shopify mention them as Built for Shopify tool? Cheater!. I don't recommend this tool.

UPDATE- DO NOT USE !!!!! They go into your coding and use your store for their own advantage of traffic and sales. I had to have my coding guy go in and fix everything and delete everything and then also my cart page is now not working because of them so he hast to go in and fix that as well. See below my first review when I first signed up. You won’t know anything wrong with your store unless you have somebody go and look at your coding Because their customer service chat is great and they’re really fast at helping and responding but the back end they’re doing a lot of things and coding that they shouldn’t be their own advantage SearchPie so far is really an area most newer online store owners aren't familar with, as there is way more to having a website to get traffic then just a set up site. I was a little apprehensive when they asked to get into my theme coding as its an area you can only trust

Run, don't walk from this app! They started popups nagging me and then, after I uninstalled the app, they continued to SPAM me through email. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP.
