Don't know exactly all about this app as I'm on a free plan. But the support with a real person Tina, was great anyway.

Jane helped alot but she kept asking me to leave a review like quite pushy. Even after she went offline, this Derek guy continued to push for a review so it feels abit less genuine

Daisy has been a great help on this app. It seems like a really great app but the rest of the customer service seemed inexperienced. I asked questions and some of them didn’t provide clear answers or explain things. It also took them what felt like 4 minutes or longer to reply. I have been using another app for SEO that I prefer. The other company is very thorough and knowledgeable. They reply almost immediately and quickly answer questions in detail. I ended up uninstalling this app.

Einrichtung mit Unterstützung war easy. So richtig viel Speed Optimierung kann ich noch nicht sehen. Mal sehen was draus wird wenn die Cache und so laufen - wenn es das da gibt.
