im disapointed, they say i will have a free audit, then when i ask no one answer anymore i have uninstall going to another app

This app is excellent !! It does exactly what its supposed to do and out-performs other SEO apps . The app has configured my store on auto-pilot and I am extremely happy with the results . I got this App to increase my SEO on Google. The whole team at Kudobuzz were and are amazing. Right from my first problem through to the App working fine for me the team gave their all to fix everything. The App is doing what it should and I am a happy camper knowing it is working in the background on Auto Pilot. I recommend this App and Kudobuzz to all new shops and everyone who neess a Great SEO App

So far the team has been fantastic to work with! They're in the process of helping me with so much more than just the standard SEO work. I'm waiting on an Enterprise package email to come back to move forward completely, but so far I couldn't be happier with the switch I've made and the changes they've already helped me with. 10/10 would recommend working with them!

This is a very useless app, here it is written in the app details that almost all the options are available in the free version, but actually by installing it you will find that there is no feature in the free version. We got a good app from it, so we are uninstalling it

Our app has a free version and a paid version, which is clearly stated on the Shopify app store with all the different pricing and the features for each plan. We really work hard to build this app and we can't give every part of it for free. If you are interested in trying a Pro version, I will be happy to give you 15 days free try of the Pro plan.

Very pleased with this app. I had no idea that there was a bit of work to do on the background of my shop that I wasn't aware of. When I had some issues, the guys responded immediatly which is very nice when you are in a learning stage about SEO optimization. Highly recommend this app.

These guy are great, They will take time and fix issues. Go out of their way to help you fix SEO issues, sitemap issues. They have helped me multiple times and it is worth the money honestly Im glad I bought it. The service is better and cheaper than other SEO apps. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

These guys are criminals. The app was not working so I contacted support, gave them access to my store, and they immediately went and downloaded our customer list! After reporting to Shopify and an investigation, Shopify support confirmed that they did download my customer list. They ended up getting a fine, having to sign a contract saying that they had deleted all the information they downloaded and subsequently changed their name. Beware of this company - do not give them access to your store!
Thank you for your feedback. In all honesty this was our fault and we have since then taken measures together with Shopify since it happened a couple of months back to make sure this does not repeat itself. What happened was your account manager was a new hire, really good with SEO but new within the Shopify dashboard and partnership area. In the first place, he should not have requested access your entire store but only the apps, theme and settings area since that is all he need to troubleshoot, if there are any issues. He did not know that and went ahead to request all those access. When finding his way around and he ended up clicked on your customer list, the good thing is the way our email system is structured he could not download the list since the email with the list did not get to him. The content of the email with the list was never downloaded we did prove this to Shopify. We have been a Shopify partner for 6 years now, we have helped 10,000+ businesses with their SEO and this has never happened until a couple of weeks months back in your case. We do respect every merchant we work and the Shopify ecosystem. What we have done going forwards is change our training for new hires on type of permission to ask for and how to go about doing that. We are truly sorry for the trouble and we 100% guarantee that this type of issue will never happen again since we have implemented a solution to this issue. Also we have not changed our name and we are only constantly improving the app with new UI and better experience.

This app is ok just on basic plan paying I'm not see much upturn on sales all vistores so a bit of a wast of £20 I recommend up grading to pro Thanks www.lucky-box.co.uk I'm not on the free plan on pro plan and I have not seen a improvement in traffic
