The app does not work.. on the top of it it generate a mess on templates. I contacted support twice. First time they answer bit they strewed the app and locked the screen. So now, I can't even deactivate the mess support did Since it's been 3 days I tried to contact them. But no one answer. Don't use this app !!

the program does not work correctly because it works for a while then does not continue and says unfinished and they do not fix the error in this very annoying program and customer service is not reachable
I have asked the tech about the Unfinished status of images. He said it's not an error. Unfinished status means Pending. Images are still waiting to be optimized. Please understand that it's not an error. Regards,

I want to know why this application is constantly giving errors, does not work regularly and there is no response to the e-mail :(
