Had this set up and running over a month now. Not one file name is changed. No alt texts have changed. So it begins to work. over a month after I list new products. This thing is taking too much time, and so slooooowwwwwww to do any work. Would be better if it was faster. I would Pay to have this work faster if that is an option.

Of the over 7000 products in my store, alt images were only performed on 838 images. This limitation is unacceptable, in my opinion. Thus, I'm uninstalling it to free up some resources.

The idea with the App, is great. But it only seem to do x % of the work, and the support team keep saying they will look into it when they replay - And not there Robot. So over all a bad experience!

Reached out to customer support to say i wanted to remove the app as it does not meet my needs and wanted to make sure they remove any coding (if any) left on my store theme before i do so. Did not get any reply. I have now deleted the app. Not impressed at all by the customer service and technical support! I used the contact support window from the app itself to send my request.
