I’ve been reading these great reviews and hoped to have an improvement. Unfortunately not all features are working and the set up seems not complete. I have been trying to contact multiple times but since weeks I haven’t heard anything. It’s upsetting because the app was so promising. I use the paid plan for 30$

Since the beginning of April, we have replied to every message you have sent with detailed support steps. Unfortunately, it seems our responses are not reaching you. Lots of glitches, slow customer service. The very basics of app should be much more dialed in for the money. I down graded so I could work on another project and was immediately locked out the the features I had paid for for two more weeks. Lovely

It's very disappointing. Even though I selected the $59 plan during the trial period, not all features are unlocked, and I can't use these paid features. How am I supposed to know whether these features work or are suitable for me? In that case, I definitely won't make the payment after the trial ends, nor will I choose this app, and I certainly won't recommend it to others.

I've only just started with this App so hard to tell if this will work for me, however, if their customer services is anything to go by then I am really looking forward to using it. Andrea has been super helpful so Thank You!
