David the Customer support guy was helpful and polite. My issue took a bit longer to resolve than expected, but they kept me informed throughout the process. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement in response time.

As a co-founder, I’m always careful about the tools we use for our Shopify store, and SEO Lab has genuinely helped us improve our SEO. We used it to optimise product pages, collection pages, other site pages, search appearance, LLM text, and keyword analysis. The app is very easy to use and doesn’t feel complicated. What I appreciated most was the personal support. Urooj from their team helped us on a call, explained each feature patiently, and showed us how it actually benefits our store. A solid app with great support.
