Just a beginner and still learning. So far so good
It has been a bit of a bumpy ride with this app, but thanks to Frank and Alex, things are optimized once again. Here is what happened. Before running its bulk meta tag update, I clicked the Create Backup button. I then ran the update with the "Overwrite" option unchecked — expecting it to SKIP products that already had meta tags. Instead, it overwrote most of my product meta titles and descriptions across more than 1,300 products - which were ALREADY OPTIMIZED. Then those titles were 80-90 words, and the descriptions are more than 1000 words - the app having scraped them from ordinary page descriptions. It took several days to get assistance from the SEOLab team in reversing this semi-disaster, but once I got their attention they worked diligently to make sure all of the crazy long tags were fixed. They can't really explain what went awry with the AI. Another bug I discovered. When I edited product or collection descriptions using the app (not inside Shopify’s editor but inside their app’s editor), and then hit “Save,” it removes all the links. I have learned to only edit products in the native Shopify editor - NOT in this app. I am a bit wary of using many of the features, given what happened. However, I love the simplicity of the interface. I will continue to use it for some things, and I do appreciate their diligence in assisting me.

It takes a long time to get everything done. That might be me, though, because I already had hundreds of items in my store. Now that it is up and running it is great. I am looking forward to see the ultimate outcome with my store.
