Prinzipiell funktioniert diese App gut, nur ist es leider so, dass die App zwar als kostenlos nutzbar angegeben ist, dies in der Praxis aber nicht wirklich ist, da sämtliche Einstellungen mit Werbungen für andere Apps des Entwicklers voll sind. Außerdem sind die Funktionen, die im dauerhaft kostenlosen Plan nutzbar sind, so stark reduziert, dass es eigentlich nichts mehr an Funktion hat. Pluspunkt: Die AI-Analyse am Beginn der Einrichtung hilft enorm, wichtige Dinge nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren!

Helpful Support, Testing the Features Mehak from the SEOLab support team was very responsive and helpful in getting me set up with the Enterprise plan for my 1,400+ product store. The activation process was quick and straightforward. I appreciate the comprehensive feature set including AI credits, bulk editing tools, and technical SEO features like structured data and lazy loading. The interface seems well-organized for managing SEO at scale. I'm currently testing the app to see how it performs with my catalog size and will update this review once I've had time to evaluate the actual SEO improvements and results. So far, the customer service experience has been positive. Special thanks to Mehak for the patient support during setup.

This app is NOT free. It is "free to start" but they put low limits on the usage before charging you. That may be okay for some VERY small stores, but not practical for the standard Shopify store. You can see examples of this is the other 1 star reviews. The worst thing is that when asked about pricing they avoid the question and refuse to say. I have never experienced this in Shopify app store before.

To clarify directly: At the moment, SEOLab is 100% free, there are no plans, no usage limits that trigger any charges, and no hidden fees of any kind. It's completely free for now and use all features, with no billing ever applied. Our support team is always happy to answer questions transparently (there simply aren't any pricing details because nothing is charged!). If this was a point of confusion during installation, we're sorry for any frustration. In the future, if we ever decide to introduce optional paid plans or upgrades, we will communicate this clearly and upfront in the app listing, during onboarding, and directly to users. You'll have full choice to stay on free (if available) or opt into any new plan—no surprises.
