I would ignore the other one-star reviews. We have used this app for just under a year now, and it has been great. Support has been effective in answering questions and clarifying features and use cases. There is a ton of valuable information provided by the SEON tool to qualify orders, and this information would have otherwise been inaccessible. This tool gives us the confidence to move forward with orders, further verify customers, or outright cancel orders in an industry where fraud is common. Thank you, SEON!

A must-have app for any business: big or small. It's the best anti-fraud app that I've tried. It's also perfect for small businesses, like mine, as their prices are very reasonable. Customer support is also excellent! Thank you SEON and to Andras! You're the best!

I tested several similar apps and this app works best for me, they have a monthly plan, and the price is more friendly for high-value orders, besides their Merchant Managers are really great. I am working on learning more.

We needed an app to help identify potentially fraudulent orders but we wanted something that was easy to setup, simple for our staff to use on a day to day basis, and in our budget. SEON has met every expectation! The setup and onboarding process was quick and easy. Once setup was complete, every new web order was screened without issue. Our staff really likes how seamless the integration is with Shopify and our management team loves how much time it saves. Now we only need to review orders that have been flagged. Since starting to use SEON, we have been able to significantly reduce the number of fraudulent orders we have received (from 2-5 per week to 1-2 every other month).

I installed the app on my custom-made clothing and dinnerware Shopify store. The app was easy to set up and integrated into my store theme. And I was able to get hold of customer support quickly. I decided to keep this app for its excellent customer support.

Love the app. If you understand the chargeback process, this app provide the tools needed to prevent and fight chargebacks. It has more insights on orders necessary to make an informed decision about the order fulfillment process

We run a store where we have online orders and subscriptions managed by Recharge as well as offline orders and subscriptions that are imported into Shopify via a custom Recharge API integration. As a result, we have to utilize a non-shopify payment processor (Authorize.net). That put us at a much higher risk of fraud and we were seeing waves of fraud until we installed the SEON app. After a short learning curve, we were able to block every fraudulent order attempt using SEON, which removed a large headache for us. To make things better, you can change weighting or turn off well over a hundred different indicators to fit your specific needs if you have more complex business needs like we have. They are also really good guys and are available to help tweak your settings to make sure your filters are dialed in. Highly recommend.

Extremely good app for anyone needing in depth analysis of incoming orders and their risk factors. Walter took the time out to explain everything in great detail both over email and a video chat. If you need order information beyond that which Shopify provide natively, this seems to be the most comprehensive available.

I recently installed the APP, so can not comment on the effectiveness, aside from noting that so far it appears to be working well. However, when I required assistance to integrate it with Shopify Flow the support was prompt and provided clear direction on how I could achieve what I wanted to do.
