I had the pleasure of having Ricky help me with enabling the app and walking me through the steps on how to navigate it. So far I'm liking what I see and its very easy to use.

This has been a great solution for hosting blog content on our Shopify site! The builder is intuitive and has all the features we want. The customer support is responsive and helpful. They actually create solutions in real time on chat! Shout out to Tobias for his help!

Avada has been extremely disappointing. As a long-time user, I expected a better experience and more respect for existing customers. Instead, core blog features that were previously available were suddenly moved behind a paywall on our new store, with no meaningful flexibility offered. For a newly launched store, this is not a customer-friendly approach. The product may have value, but the way long-term users are being treated is frustrating and unfair. The support interaction felt rigid, unhelpful, and completely out of step with what I would expect from a brand that claims to value its customers. Very disappointing experience. I will not be continuing with this app.

Useful app and super helpful support! I was having an issue receiving an exported blog to my default email address, so I reached out via the livechat. After speaking to Tobias he raised the issue and within just 2 days they had implemented a new feature to allow me to send to a different email address. Amazing service

This has been the best blog app I have used- and I have used about three different apps so far. The customer support from Tiana and the rest of their team has been outstanding and quick! I have no idea what time zone they are on but they are very responsive to me here in the US. They have made customizations on my blog that make it look like it’s managed by several people. The AI features are also a huge help because there is now absolutely no excuse for me not to post something consistently. Thank you all for your help and I look forward to our future together!

Very helpful especially in the early SEO days to learn what to focus on and how to structure your writing. Lots of advanced features for those looking for a more complete and functional tool.
