I have been receiving a great and timely help from Avada team. Ricky, one of the agents there, is wonderfully helpful and polite. I have raised the same issue to him multiple times, and, tirelessly, he would solve it immediately. I am feeling very comfortable contacting them any time due to their immediate response and politeness.

The app is excellent so far. I’ve only been using it for a few days, but it’s very intuitive and easy to manage. App is great. BUT! The support is incredible. They help immediately which gives you the feeling of being taken care of. Still some things are underdevelopement - WHICH IS GOOD :). I like when things are in constant movement. Thanks!
