Changed to Sesami bookings on a trial and there have been several issues with integration and systems failing meaning we lost a lot of revenue. I think once the problems are resolved it has the potential to be a great product, unfortunately its not reliable.

My experience with Sesami has been outstanding! I was assisted by Jeanny, who provided an incredibly attentive and caring service throughout the entire process. Every request I made was carefully listened to and addressed with great patience and professionalism. I also want to highlight the amazing work of the developers’ team, who implemented exactly what I needed with efficiency and clear communication. It’s rare to find such dedicated and supportive customer service. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and highly recommend Sesami not only for the quality of the app but also for the commitment and human touch of their team.

In my 14+ years of running an online business, I’ve worked with countless platforms, but the customer support team at Sesami stands head and shoulders above the rest. Truly, they are the most incredible support team I’ve ever encountered. From the very beginning, they’ve gone above and beyond. Taking the time to walk me through setup, answering all my questions (no matter how small), and making sure everything is running smoothly. Their commitment is clear: they genuinely care about their clients and the quality of their work. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated, responsive, and thoughtful. I just started doing private coaching again and asked chatgpt for an app recommendation for shopify so I can use it on my website and it recommended Seasami Booking! I am so happy with the service so far, my clients are able to book directly on my website with just a few clicks! Easy set up with great tutorials and very helpful customer service! Highly recommend!

Working with Mariana was awesome. She's incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and PATIENT!!!! as she helped me get my website scheduler up and running. I had been struggling with it for a while, and she not only fixed the issue but also walked me through the process so I could understand it better.
