Had some initial difficulties with a couple of integration issues but Ehsan and his team went above and beyond to rectify the issues and figure out some clever work arounds, even scheduling video calls between the US and Australia. The system is working very well and the future updates sound promising.

As you said, our general support hours are 9am-5pm Eastern Standard, GMT +5. However our support team are a global team across multiple countries and timezones and as you saw we tried to reach you in the morning or afternoon Western Australia time.
