Great planner, effortless integration. I wish though I could customize the emails more and send it as if it's my email address.

Had some initial difficulties with a couple of integration issues but Ehsan and his team went above and beyond to rectify the issues and figure out some clever work arounds, even scheduling video calls between the US and Australia. The system is working very well and the future updates sound promising.
Hi there, thank you for your review. We are happy to be connected. As always, Sesami has been stable and the reason for not seeing an event available is the variant settings. As you said, our general support hours are 9am-5pm Eastern Standard, GMT +5. However our support team are a global team across multiple countries and timezones and as you saw we tried to reach you in the morning or afternoon Western Australia time. Looking forward to our onboarding call and answering all your questions.

App works well for us to rent meeting rooms. I had two issues and the support was spectacular! Solved my issues both times within the hour. What more could you want!

This is by far the best scheduling app for Shopify stores. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. They worked with me as though they were my personal developers to solve an issue that kept presenting itself when I did theme updates. The app works great; the service is top notch and I would recommend Sesami to anyone needing to add a scheduling service to their site.

I used this app to schedule my massages activity and it works well. If there is a bug the support team is amazing to support you. It would be nice if the app has a stand-alone Sesami portal to log into and work with the staff.

After some problems enabling the button for other product and collection pages customer support helped us to solve it. I have to say that we received support, including from top management, to make work what we wanted to do in our ecommerce. Meaning they care about make their product be useful for your business. They have been making some improvements to the functionality, so we feel they are a good partner to go with in the long run.

We're happy we got connected almost instantly, verified that Sesami is compatible with the Impulse 2.0 theme out of the box and we got to find the issue you've been experiencing. Sesami loads on the product page it's been already added to. In your case (great idea!) you wanted to have the button on a product theme section just under another product. With 2.0 theme architecture, that should be a common workflow and we'll make sure to provide the proper documentation and the solution from now on. Thanks for being such a good partner to us and we're excited for what we'll build together.

Honestly didn’t know customer service could ever be this good. The app is pretty good but there’s a lot of things that were lacking upon install (mostly just me not understand how it worked) but I instantly received help even before asking for it. Since then Ehsan and his team have kept helping me and pretty much set up the perfect booking system on my store. Right now Sesami works in ways I didn’t think were possible and the team is still busy making it better daily. If you think this app won’t suit your needs, just email the Sesami team because you’re most likely wrong. Best booking app on Shopify.

I had Sesami before and I uninstalled because the app didn't meet an important need that my business had, I downloaded many apps but after a year I had to go back with Sesami... and I can't be more grateful! They worked on options so they can fulfill my company needs, they have done WAY MORE than they had to so I can have all the services and if I keep going I won't stop. if you want an app with excellent customers service dedicated on helping you and your business grow this is the app that you need!

I recently switched to Sesami to handle my strategy session bookings. It was easy to set up and has a simple client-facing interface. I had some questions during my set up and both the customer support and development team went above and beyond to help me out!

I used this app to coordinate in-person class scheduling on my website. The support staff is INCREDIBLE and I was able to quickly get my whole schedule up and running just the way I hoped it would function.

Aymane was excellent! I was having issues making my calendar availability visible and in a few minutes he found the issue and resolved it for me :) All through online chat. Without his amazing customer service I would have given up altogether. It was great to have real person to offer service 24/7 :)

good to use as a booking app but why cant i just use it for multiple purpose like appointment and membership?
