This would go down as one of the worst apps ever due to the customer support lying to me, I just got accidentally charged for 2 apps but after contacting their customer support I got refunded even though my trial period was over, I remember last week when same thing happened with this app the customer support guy lied to me that there was no refund option and made me switch to another plan with no refund option, plus once u re-installl the app your subscription would be gone

Hello friends at TinyScopes, As was explained, it wasn't the end of your billing cycle yet and so Shopify did not give us the option to provide you with a refund. Instead, we credited you the app charge to remove it from your Shopify bill. Please review Shopify's limitations on refunds here: https://shopify.dev/docs/apps/launch/billing/refund-app-charges#limitations Specifically, limitation #1 which states that: "You (app developers) can only refund charges that the merchant has paid for. If an app charge hasn't been paid, then you can credit the charge to remove it from the merchant's bill." We regret that this Shopify limitation made for an unpleasant experience.
