Used the app to see how customers were navigating the store. It helped us to fix a few issues that impacted the user experience, such as removing banners/pop-ups that blocked the view on mobile and also image issues.

Pretty good so far - we will see for sure in a week or two. Thank you for the extras, much appreciated, an extra heatmap will be useful since I don't have a main prod page - only collections. Excellent support so far, immediate help with the best way to block ip's and advice on interpreting recording results. My goal is to decrease bounce - lets see of Propel data can help us find our way out of this one. High hopes currently.
