My first UX tracking app used on shopify and I like it. I worked with hotjar, crazy orange and other on my wordpress sites and this one is very similar and provide all the option needed. I liked the free limited access which is not offered at this level on many other shopify apps

It’s fascinating to see how visitors actually use my website. A few times, I’ve watched customers struggle with a page and then been able to fix the problem. For example, I noticed people repeatedly tapping a container because they thought it was a button, so I made the whole area clickable and now visitors are successfully using it. I’m still new to the tool, but I can already see how powerful it is. It has also revealed a lot of bot traffic visiting pages and seemingly collecting my personal information, which the tool flags as suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity. I would never have known this was happening otherwise.
