Vlad was awesome great app and support
This has been an invaluable tool so far, even on the free plan. It has provided us with some great insight in to how to improve our store. One example was our menu, it seemed that customers were acting a bit awkward/confused about how to find our products, so I redesigned the layout and it is now much better. As our store grows I will not hesitate to move over to a paid plan for more features. Many thanks!

Very useful and easy-to-use app. The session recordings provide valuable insights into customer behavior and make it much easier to understand how visitors interact with the store. The support team is also extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

It's great. Once it's installed you see the recording straight away. You don't have to do anything. You just have to activate the app embed in your theme on Shopify and that's it. If you have any troubles you just contact support. They will answer you in 2 seconds. It was a really great really nice guy. Tom helped me, for example, with something but it was actually not necessary. Again once you install the app, it's already live and it starts recording so that's great.

I've been using this heatmap solution to analyze customer behavior, and the visual clarity of the maps is excellent. What impressed me most is the customer support. Even though I’m currently on the free trial plan, the CS team has been remarkably responsive and helpful. I’m really looking forward to continuing with the platform.
