I find it particularly handy for checking the source of customers as sometimes they don't get tracked properly but this app shows it. As well as the customer behaviour of course and site usability. It lets you easily spot when something it's not working both on the site but also regarding marketing campaigns, as you easily spot 'bounces' and poor traffic.

Yes, Propel Replays has been really helpful so far. It’s easy to use and gives us a much better understanding of how visitors interact with our store. It has also helped us spot a few things we probably wouldn’t have noticed otherwise.

Super helpful, I have improved a lot of features of how my store looks like and the user experience. I also noticed broken carts that I had no idea about...! Seeing real time how your shoppers navigate to your store is the best I could have. Very easy also to use. Definitely recommend it

For a new shop it's very helpfull to see how visitors navitage through your pages, that way we can find bottlenecks en optimize our products en pages. Customer service responds quick and are very helpfull.
