App is very good and accurate with recordings as well as heat maps, Highly recommend. Price friendly for starter stores but gets used up quickly.

Have only been using the app for a short time but so far its fairly insightful especially the recordings. Easy to install and the support team are responsive and helpful. Would reccomend.

Great for analytics on customer dropoffs and frustrations in e-commerce. Helped optimize pages a lot! The one thing I wish it had is a little bit better preferences on what to record so i can choose single pages to watch!
