App is very good and accurate with recordings as well as heat maps, Highly recommend. Price friendly for starter stores but gets used up quickly.

Have only been using the app for a short time but so far its fairly insightful especially the recordings. Easy to install and the support team are responsive and helpful. Would reccomend.

Great for analytics on customer dropoffs and frustrations in e-commerce. Helped optimize pages a lot! The one thing I wish it had is a little bit better preferences on what to record so i can choose single pages to watch!

The app works very well, it shows the most we want to see in the active session. What I would suggest or like to be added on is when our clients watch a video that we can see that session too in recording. Overall, it's an amazing app. I recommend !

I only used the free trial for a few minutes, and so far it looks good.
I like how detailed it is and how it lets me know what customers like and want and where they are from, this helps a lot in my opinion.
The interface could be better like "Lucky Orange"

Great app, does what it says, excellent customer service. Love being able to replay my website visits to see what my customers see.
