I find it particularly handy for checking the source of customers as sometimes they don't get tracked properly but this app shows it. As well as the customer behaviour of course and site usability. It lets you easily spot when something it's not working both on the site but also regarding marketing campaigns, as you easily spot 'bounces' and poor traffic.

Yes, Propel Replays has been really helpful so far. It’s easy to use and gives us a much better understanding of how visitors interact with our store. It has also helped us spot a few things we probably wouldn’t have noticed otherwise.
