Music power tools review for Propel Replay, Survey, Heatmap

No option to remove customers personal data collection. This just adds problems complying with Privacy Policy regulations. Unnecessary when you need just Heatmap & Session recording to observe customer behavior. No need to know customers' name, physical & IP address, phone and web fingerprint. False marketing. Free Sampler membership in the Pricing's options not available after installing the app. Pageviews limit reached right from the start.
Hello friends at Music Power Tools, 1. There is a 'Free Starter Plan' link on the plans page. We've emailed you a screenshot of this. 2. Customer phone, email and address are never captured, and Propel Replays is not active during checkout. 3. Propel Replays obfuscates form field inputs so information customers type is not visible in replays. We hope you'll give the app a try again.
