A Must-Have for Any Serious E-Commerce Store! Propel Replays is hands down one of the best apps we've added to our store. It’s like having a behind-the-scenes pass to your customer journey—Netflix-style! The ability to watch both live and recorded sessions has been a game changer in uncovering hidden friction points that were silently hurting our conversions. The heatmaps are incredibly insightful, helping us identify what captures attention and what gets ignored, so we can make smarter design decisions that actually boost sales. And the survey feature? Brilliant. We’ve gathered invaluable feedback directly from our shoppers to continuously improve their experience. One of the most underrated (but powerful) features is the IP tracking—we’ve been able to spot and block bots and even competitors clicking on our ads, saving us money and improving ad performance.
