The current version is quite useless and practically impossible to use — the heatmap doesn’t load at all, and the replay only records a few seconds. Customer support mentioned that these issues will be addressed in a future release, but the exact launch date is still unknown. In short, the current version is immature and comes with multiple problems.

What you described usually points to an app or theme conflict - possibly your geolocation redirects. If you’re open to it, we’ll get this fixed for you fast.
