I tried this app but honestly wasn’t very impressed. It works sometimes, but overall it feels a bit unreliable and confusing to use. The dashboard isn’t very clear and it took me a while to figure out where everything was. I also expected the features to work more smoothly. For the price, I think there are better options available on the Shopify App Store.

Without a plan (we have a free option!), recordings are limited to just 10 pageviews and most features won't be available. That would definitely make the experience feel limited and confusing.
