It's great. Once it's installed you see the recording straight away. You don't have to do anything. You just have to activate the app embed in your theme on Shopify and that's it. If you have any troubles you just contact support. They will answer you in 2 seconds. It was a really great really nice guy. Tom helped me, for example, with something but it was actually not necessary. Again once you install the app, it's already live and it starts recording so that's great.
