So far so good. Payments are right on time and also sezzel checks for fraud orders as well. Keep this up.

I chose Sezzle as a buy now, pay later option for my customers due to the price range of my products. I have received purchases of $600 or more and the fees dig so deeply into my profit that it makes no sense to have this as an option because after being charged almost $100 in fees my profits are going to Sezzle. Also, having to pay an additional $15 fee if I haven't received a purchase is just not fair. After Pay is much better. When I receive an order from a customer that chooses Sezzle as an option I automatically cringe due to the high fees. I will be removing Sezzle as an option. I will say, I have been hanging on due to the fact that all of my marketing materials promotes Sezzle as an option but it truly isn't working for me or the future health of my business.

Sezzle's fee's are standard however they added a monthly fee if you do not meet the monthly threshold. After using the app for a period of time it was not used enough by my customers to benefit keeping it with the monthly fee in place, therefore I had not choice but to remove the payment option. The Sezzle team reached out to me about closing my account and I explained that while I do think it's important to offer a payment plan option the fee's plus the monthly fee are simply too much for my small business to incur. Sezzle understood and offered to waive the monthly fee going forward if I decided to keep the app and also provided a link to help further help with conversion. In my opinion I think Sezzle should remove the monthly fee period. As you can see from many of the reviews it just is too much for most small businesses to lose. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the fees are still high in my opinion, especially because I also need currency conversion and get hit twice. Fees aside I am happy with the customer service they provided.
