At first glance, Sezzle is great. It's convenient for customers and you can potentially increase your AOV, however, I did the math and the fee on Sezzle orders is 7.6% (that includes the 1% Shopify fee). Then, when an order gets cancelled, you don't get that fee back, plus they charge a 2% cancellation fee on top of it. This might be fine if you sell high-profit items, but we simply can't afford this. I'm sorry, customers, but I'm pulling the plug on Sezzle.

Im middle of the road here. everything was as expected for us. we had several sales over several months that used Sezzle but we found the % too high plus the 2% shopify took on top. other wise the platform worked perfect and intergraded into the website seamless. we ultimately canceled due to cost.
