We installed this app in August, and it worked well for a few months, but by January, it stopped syncing with our connected sheet. We reached out multiple times, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and only received one reply in January. We didn’t hear back again until mid-March. In the meantime, we were charged multiple times for a service we couldn’t use. Those charges were eventually refunded after we escalated the issue to Shopify, which seems to be what finally prompted a response. It’s disappointing to see that other recent reviews reflect similar experiences. We’ve since moved on to a more reliable solution and wouldn’t recommend this app in its current state.

The customer services is poor, i tried contact in many ways, chat, email, type all the information and after 7 days we havent answers. We are pay 9 euros per month to nothing.

Like others here, the app is stuck in syncing mode. Reached out to support multiple times (tried over a few days) but my polite messages for help have been ignored and not responded to. Good app if it is working, but the support when it stops working is non-existent.

The App crashed mid-sync. Contacted the support team and they were able to fix it.

App is extremely disappointing. I've experienced constant issues with syncing data, and the customer support response time is unacceptably long. I would not recommend it.

EDIT: Thank you for fixing the app. :) I'll bump this back up to a 5-star. I wish I heard back sooner because this app was very important to my business, but I'm glad everything was fixed. Thank you for following up! === OLD REVIEW === I really really love this app, but recently something happened and it's just not working anymore. :( Our team depended on this app for a lot of our internal spreadsheets for forecasting inventory. I reached out about my issue and the solution I was given was to reconnect my Google account, which I did, and that didn't fix it. I even manually removed the permissions in my Google Account, reinstalled the app, and nothing is working. It's actually missing features after I reinstalled it. I'm really not sure what happened. Please fix this app! I haven't received a reply in a week beyond the initial "reconnect your Google account" response I received.

I have connected 2 stores, and have requested support (took some days to get an answer, and found out that they answer to the gmail account that is linked to gsheets). Important to mention that It only brings data from all order AFTER the date you connect the app. I use it for demand and inventory tracking, and bulk updates. Great product considering the price.

The sheet messed up my data base where are you guys it's been 5 days I m waiting for response on top Shopify is waiting from last 2 days no response the app is just uploading changes that aren't correct not even as per the sheet I had to password my shop all orders mixing up with a difrent SKu and prices less for more more for less along quantity ur app is making me leave Shopify at least sort me out my data back to day one will u respond after the trail ends so u can charge ? Take money but please help me sort my data out no response is making me loose business and the whole database I am not pro so agree to pay hefty monthly charges to make it easy for me but here I m with a closed down shop reviewing after a week of mess up and 2 days Shopify team waiting due to 1-3day respond clock that's a very hefty bad experience I am left with no choice

Great app. Used it to sync orders with a custom in Google AppSheet app to enable almost real-time order/stock management system which syncs automatically with Shopify

App has been trying to sync for 3 days (8000 minutes left and increasing..). There is no option to CANCEL. Support, what is going on?

Seems like a really useful app, but once we installed and set it up, it didn't work and kept hitting an error. Support takes time to get a response, and so far we've been unable to use this app..

This app has greatly simplified many of our processes from inventory management to custom reports on orders. The helpdesk was responsive and was able to make a change to the order output file to include additional information.

It has been incredibly helpful for our operations! Olivier and his team are extremely responsive and accomodating. There are some minor glitches, otherwise, the team is super supportive. Can't recommend it enough!!!
