Having issues with transporting the items to the shopify store it keeps freezing in the middle of transferring and then asking to identify items to refresh

Can you guys be more serious and fix this error while importing products? We have sent you several messages with no response: why can't we import products, yet you are charging us? Hello, you guys should STOP FORMING THE HABIT OF LYING! YOU NEVER UP TO THIS POINT RESPONDED TO ANY OF THE MESSAGES (TICKETS) THAT YOU HAVE BEEN SENT FROM OUR END. JUST DO THE BASICS AND GET YOUR APP TO WORK SEAMLESSLY, INSTEAD OF LYING ABOUT IT. Meanwhile, what justification do you have to be charging us and taking our money when your app can't even offer the very the simple thing your it is meant for: to enable importing of goods. How will it then be of any use? Fix this at least instead of jumping in with frivolous excuses that are obviously untrue.
You opened a support ticket without any details, only mentioning that you can’t import. We asked you to provide more information so we could assist you, but instead you left a 1-star review. Our import process works reliably, and many of our customers successfully import thousands of products daily. We’re confident we can help you too once we have the details. If you want real help, we’re happy to assist. But leaving fake, misleading reviews only hurts the Shopify community.

I recommend AutoDS for those who want to work with SHEIN. CHEAP ends up being EXPENSIVE. A few days ago, I sent messages reporting my problem, which was that when I migrated products within the app and then viewed them on my Shopify website, a white bar appeared across the entire side of the website from top to bottom, visible on both my PC and mobile phone. I even asked if it could be a CSS error, I don't know. And when I add a product to my website within the Shopify app, this error does not occur. I did not receive a response. This tarnished my website. Therefore, I am ending my subscription and will now migrate to AUTODS.
