I'm not very technical, but setting up Shelly was surprisingly straightforward. The FAQ builder is intuitive and the chatbot started handling customer queries almost immediately after installation. Katy from the support team checked in to make sure everything was working well. That kind of proactive support is rare and really appreciated.
