Promising start, but critical bugs make the app unusable I tested Ship‑to‑the‑Moon for a full week. Installation was effortless and two support reps reached out to me on WhatsApp within minutes – great first impression. Unfortunately, that’s where the positivity ended. What went wrong Products always “Sold Out”. Every item I imported showed zero stock in Shopify because the app mapped inventory to my own business address instead of STTM’s fulfilment location. No way to change it manually or via the bulk editor. No step‑by‑step documentation. There’s no clear guide that explains how to connect inventory locations, handle quotations, or push products live. You’re left to guess. Basic functions fail. • Unable to delete already imported items (they disappear from Shopify but stay stuck inside the app). • My city and contact details won’t save in the profile section. • Quotation requests never update the product status. Support tries, but can’t fix. I provided screenshots and even wrote in Chinese via ChatGPT. Replies were friendly yet generic (“We will look into it”) and the issues remained unresolved. Inconsistent reviews. Given the fundamental bugs, the 100+ “perfect” ratings feel hard to believe. Either the app was once stable or these reviews reflect a very different experience. Verdict Great enthusiasm from the support team, but the core features—listing products with the correct inventory and fulfilment—simply don’t work right now. Until the developers publish a reliable tutorial and fix the inventory/ profile glitches, I can’t recommend this app for a live Shopify store.
