We've been using Shipbob for a year now and the service has been excellent, the automation flawless and the integration scaled with our needs. We're very pleased to work with Shipbob and they've kept up with us every step of the way as we've scaled our store, order volume and inventory variety.

We've been working with Shipbob since 2018 and there are several reasons why Shipbob has been the perfect partner. First of all, speed to scale with us, pick-pack and ship with a business growing 1200% in a couple of weeks. Second of all, the locations across the US. We sells flammable goods that need to be shipped via ground, so Shipbob has been a great ally as they have 3pls all over the US facilitating 2-3 day delivery time for any customer in the US. Specially when weather challenges happen, being able to have different 3pls to ship from, allows you to ensure you seamless supply chain. Also their advanced software help us to quickly understand shipping costs and how to improve shipping times and costs by being closer to where your customer.

Works great. Self-serve platforms are the standard for modern 3PLs and ShipBob is at the top. They've scaled seamlessly with our volumes, that have grown significantly over the last 3 years.

The API works great, would like to have the weight of the shipment (actual vs dim), actual inventory. Also it would be nice if you when split a shipment that it updated both tracking numbers. Overall Shipbob is amazing, the above comments are all growing pains and I am guessing will be sorted out over time. Shipbob can handle the easiest to the most complex shipping issues!! Try them you will not be disappointed.

ShipBob is the best for 3rd party direct to consumer fulfillment. I've used them since our business's inception last year and they've always been eager to help us succeed. Their app is intuitive and user friendly and they've got all the options you'll ever need. They're growing fast too! Soon to have multiple centers in Europe!

We really enjoy working with the ShipBob dashboard on a daily basis. For our customer service team, it's a simple way to keep track of the stage of every package (from picking, to shipping, to delivery), and to provide these details to our customers when necessary. ShipBob has also made it super simple for us to be able to file claims with carriers when we've had issues with them, and we love their carriers estimated shipping time tool (especially during peak time season). Their dashboard is easy to understand and makes changes and edits to orders simple. We've also loved working with their team, both with our team lead as well as with every customer service rep we've spoken to on the phone. Through their dashboard and analytics, we've also been able to analyze our inventory and distribution of it to our different warehouses. Overall, would highly recommend.

We have been using Shipbob for over 2 years and they seem to really want to compete in this space because I do see improvements into their system all the time. It's a very competitive space they are fully in and they are here to play which our business is grateful for!

We have been using ShipBob for more than 1 year now and we are absolutely happy with their services. The dashboard is easy to use, everything automated so you can do other work while they are taking care of our order's fulfillment, and moreover, their support is just amazing! They are very responsive and resolve the problems as soon as you request. Their pricing is decent and it is so easy to use. I am not a tech person at all, and if I can use it, everyone can use it :) I highly recommend ShipBob!

We've used ShipBob ever since we launched 3 years ago and we couldn't be happier with our partnership. Their analytics dashboard is fascinating and user-friendly to pull data, track shipments, and track inventory. Our products have shipped to over 40 countries and ShipBob has had no issue. ShipBob is not just a 3PL, they are a true partner. They also do a good job of seeing areas of improvement for my company. They’ve introduced me to 4–5 companies that they think could be beneficial in specific areas, such as marketing or online reviews. You can’t really put a price on people I never would’ve met if it weren’t for having a good partnership with ShipBob. ShipBob does a good job of treating every brand they work with as a brand of their own. They’re like a large portfolio overseeing the development of different brands, and you can tell that they’re people you can trust. They’re not just throwing my products in poly mailers and sending them out; they’re a much more in-depth company.

We have used Shipbob for the past 4 months after migrating from a more antiquated fulfillment organization. We evaluated 5 fulfillment organizations prior to choosing Shipbob. There are 3 major reasons we chose Shipbob. First, Shipbob gave us the ability to analyze how to distribute our product across multiple warehouses in different parts of the US. Currently, we use 2 locations and are debating with Shipbob about moving our products into a 3rd location. The primary advantage of multiple locations has been reduced shipping cost, however with the winter storms and COVID we have also been able to fulfill out of an alternative location when one of the locations has been offline. This process has been automated and seamless which has saved us from a major customer satisfaction issue. The second reason we chose Shipbob is that they are truly partnering with us. They have made recommendations (location, box size, etc..) to help us reduce costs. Their pricing transparency and reporting is excellent and has helped us close our monthly reporting days earlier than with our prior fulfillment vendor. Lastly, we chose Shipbob because of its ease of integration and Dashboard. Everything from setting it up to running your shipping, changing addresses, chasing down customer sat issues etc... is available to us in an easy to use, intuitive, user friendly dashboard. Ultimately, we are very pleased with our decision to partner with Shipbob.

Using ShipBob for almost two years now. Seamless Shopify integration. Orders go directly to the ShipBob dashboard and are marked 'fulfilled' in Shopify once they're ready. We will keep working with ShipBob. They keep improving to continuously get even better. Really recommend using ShipBob.

ShipBob is the 3rd fulfillment partner that we've migrated to in 4 years of growing our operations. Compared to what we've used in the past (plus about half a dozen options we only reviewed, but never used), they're really putting the users first. They're not just a logistics/freight company offering ecom fulfillment - they really give us the tools and options we need for our business. Whether it's inventory insights, custom packaging and marketing inserts, analytics and exports, or helping us optimize our pricing by figuring out which of their warehouses to use, it's really, really nice to have a fulfillment partner like ShipBob on our side.

As far as 3pls go, Shipbob is the best I've worked with! In my personal opinion, more than cheap shipping rates and automatic fulfillment, having insight into exactly what's happening at the warehouse level is my top priority. Shipbob makes this possible with their software-- absolutely unparalleled. It provides full transparency into each stage of the pick & pack process and when there are issues (impossible to avoid in logistics), our Merchant Success Manager is just an email, phone call, or text away as well as support which is pretty responsive to my requests. I'm physically 10 timezones removed from where we ship from so that's super helpful. Shipbob's claim/reimbursement policy for lost or damages parcels is super fair, whereas other 3PLs I've worked with can leave you with huge bills, missing stock, and no way to find out why or where your products are. I love shipbob!

ShipBob's app integrates very well with Shopify and allows our order flow to automatically (*there is a slight sync delay*) appear in ShipBob's order management software. From there, the orders are picked, packed and shipped. This automated integration is key to any small business that needs their 3PL to do the heavy lifting! ShipBob is a massive player in the 3PL space and you should definitely give them a look to see if they can satisfy your needs and the needs of your customer.
