Shipbob constantly sets for feature improvement which is important. They have many locations in the US, also other countries which help for international brand to establish more markets. There network of last mile and their affordable fulfilment are helpful to grow a brand business. My Merchant success incharge Chetan is very knowledge and good communicator, good one!

We worked with SB for more than a Year. Must say it wasn't a smooth process on either side of the equation, however we were able to make it work and now it look one of the best choice we did for our business. Great work behind the scene from our Costumer Representative Chetan, able to connect us and have a quick turnaround when issue came up. Definitely recommended as Fulfilment option

ShipBob has been a great app and I recommend it to anyone looking for a 3PL app. Customer support is always very helpful. The app itself is pretty intuitive once you learn the ins and outs of it and fulfillment times are very good. It really helped me take my business to the next level!

Shipbob has made all our fulfillment process SO simple and easy. As a merchant located in Canada fulfilling mainly to the USA, this has been extremely important. We are now shipping to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and UK through Shipbob and it's been super easy. These dedicated individuals have gone above and beyond, consistently providing us with invaluable assistance and support. They've been there for us every step of the way, even scheduling daily Zoom meetings to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Really impressed with the both the app and the shipbob team. Switching 3PLs always feels risky, but incredibly glad we did. A few of the highlights - Multiple warehouse spread across the country - Ability to send inventory to a single warehouse and have it be automatically distributed - Our fulfillment costs are about $2-3 less per order now - Really high fulfillment accuracy. Previous 3PL had an error rate of about 0.5% and Shipbob it at least 10x less. - Great software. Really easy to create digital bundles, add products together - Inventory analytics and visibility through the software to forecast how long supply is remaining. - Auto-shipping speed upgrades if a warehouse gets overwhelmed and they miss their SLA. This is really nice b/c it gives our customer service team some peace of mind if order get shipped out a day late. - Easy to get reimbursements for lost product or packages. - Good EDI integrations if you do B2B or wholesale

Ease of installation 10/10 Speed and reliability of order ingestion 10/10 Tracking upload speed 10/10 Value-add features like inventory sync, rules, and order processing delay 10/10 Technical support 7/10 but when you get your volume orders up, then you get a merchant care specialist assigned to your account and the experience becomes 10/10.

Onboarding for SB was sleek and clean, no issues and our Implementation Specialist Lacey was super fast to respond to any questions or concerns we had - this made a big difference for us as we were new to the experience! Thanks for you help and attention.

I've now been using ShipBob for a few months and overall the orders have been fulfilled accurately and on time. Like any new integration for something as complex as 3PL, there have been a few challenges - but I felt like I had plenty of support from Ankit and the team and everything was always resolved promptly, politely, and professionally. I think anyone working with a 3PL should just ensure they are doing what they can to minimize errors (e.g., send accurate receiving orders, have clearly labeled products, use barcodes, have clear product images to help with order picking, etc). That way it helps to make the overall process more efficient and reduce the likelihood for issues. I'm looking forward to continuing to scale with ShipBob!

Fantastic onboarding and customer support. Lacey was absolutely amazing to work with and greatly helped us navigate the transition as we had some complex logistics issues internally. By far the most fair pricing I found after getting quotes from all the other top 3PL companies.

We have been using Shipbob in our US operations for over a year now and we recently made the decision to move the rest of our global fulfilment operations over to them too as we were so impressed with the service. Shipbob was very easy to install and has been a speedy and reliable way for us to process orders for our customers across the globe.
