The ShipBob team has been wonderful to work with. They are hands-on and fast to respond, resulting in a smooth integration! Our rep, Samantha R. has given us the gold standard of customer service. She has repeatedly helped us with challenging orders & ensured the best customer care for our clients. I highly recommend!

We use Shipbob for all of our fulfillment and warehousing needs. We can confidently rely on them for inventory tracking and receiving inventory.

Having used a number of 3PL's over the years we know how hard it is to get a strong 3PL partner. We've been using Shipbob for the last 12 months and they have been a great partner for us. Their level of service and speed at which they get orders out to customers is fantastic (particularly in pandemic times where other 3PL's are struggling to get orders out). Their customer service to merchants is also exceptional. Our account manager Chetan is fantastic, as are Karina and Mahmood in customer service. The only opportunities for us are around streamlining of some administrative processes, which are being addressed by their product team (they're always happy to take onboard any challenge we have and get the product team involved) and price of storage is higher than other 3PL's (but this is because they want quick turns on inventory and don't want it sitting around). Overall, we're very pleased with our partnership with Shipbob.

We have been using ShipBob for over 3 years now as our 3PL. The integration to Shopify is super user friendly and their customer service/support is very helpful. Highly Recommended.

We've been using ShipBob as our USA 3PL for around 8 months and they've been awesome. Looking to expand into Canada using their services as well. Our customer success manager, Chetan has been invaluable. The app itself is very intuitive and if there is ever an issue, it's easy to get in touch with support to sort things out for you.

I can't imagine doing business without ShipBob. I recommend them to everyone I meet in the eCommerce industry. The customer service is incredible, even though I rarely need it. I go weeks without even checking to see if everything is shipping properly as I've had so few issues. ShipBob is the best!

My orders are totally automatic. Everytime I get a new order on my Shopify website the order is automatically fulfilled. Customer service on ShipBob is solid too. I don't have to wade through the endless amounts of complex, confusing steps and flaky cryptic customer service like with Amazon! I'm so relieved I don't have to have store my products and ship them out manually. Plus, when I do get an order from a customer on Amazon FBM (fulfillment by merchant) I have ShipBob do the fulfillment as well. Your customer, most likely, wont receive your product as quickly as Amazon, but it's really nice having my products with ShipBob where I can easily access it and be able to have a ShipBob rep help with all things fulfillment.

ShipBob has allowed us to have a fully automated fulfillment service. It has an easy to use interface and they have great customer support.

Shipbob has been a great fulfillment partner as we grew our business by over 300% last year. They continued to work with us amidst our growth and worked hard to meet our demand. On the functional side, orders get synced from Shopify easily and it really runs itself after integration. My one caveat is live shipping costs from CartBob. Intuitive in some ways, but not smart enough to handle our specific needs. Overall, excellent domestic 3PL service with great customer service and a growing international presence.
