WebBee’s support team was very responsive and helpful throughout the setup process. They provided clear guidance, addressed integration questions promptly, and helped resolve configuration issues efficiently. Overall, the setup experience was smooth thanks to their proactive communication and technical support.

A great service, reasonable rates. Set up is good, but please arrange an online walk-through with them to ensure everything is set up correctly. I can't wait to get this started :) All the best of luck to you!

When I started using this app, I faced a few issues such as inventory sync problems. Sometimes, when orders were received, I had to manually send the order to Amazon. There were a few other minor issues as well. However, the team is extremely supportive and responsive. They resolved my issues immediately every time. Their team is always available and ready to help. Overall, I had a good experience with their support.

Support help set up configuration for Shopify to Amazon MCF, with successful testing. Also went though all shopify settings to ensure all products are available on the shop front side, and made sure all inventory was updated correctly. Also checked Amazon MCF for EBAY with the support team - who are experts. Walked through step by step process with patience and support. Wonderful team to work with - fantastic communication throughout! It took some time to setup, some bugs which seemed to be a mix of the app, and amazon's API but the WebBee team eventually got this working in time for black friday 2025, which I am thankful for. The app has some hiccups but for the price and tech team who came to my rescue I am so far happy with choosing this app.

Terrible. Created massive problems for us with regards to inventory sync and pre ordering. Inventory on Shopify did not match Amazon and as a result we were selling product we didn't have as regular orders. Lots of refunds and unhappy customers. The support was always blaming Shopify for the issues until many back and firths finally got them to understand it was their app not Shopify. IF you never sell pre-order then the app has some great features but unfortunately the inventory management and sync made it a deal breaker. Moved to a competitor and now we dont have any problems.
