ShipHero is easy to use and affordable. They don't charge anything for services unless your products stay in their warehouse for over a month. The shipping fees are also flat and easy to understand and estimate the cost of product. Bel, Clara, Mario and Marina was helpful and they are ready to help the customers anytime. There is no waiting or queue like any other provider. Loved their service

Bel was super helpful! Helping me track packages, looking up orders, contacting the shippers...plus just so pleasant to work with. Fulfillment couldn't get easier... I was scared to start shipping my goods out of a warehouse but they really walk you through every step. The documentation is excellent, with videos and FAQs for every detail. They're really responsive too - anytime I have a question, the chat is there and the reps get to you pretty quickly. Pretty happy so far! Updated: I've been working with Clara in the chat function and service has been excellent...it's so convenient to just chat with the reps and they are so prompt and friendly whenever there's an issue.

In short: super easy and amazing experience from Mari, definitely exceeded my expectations! Just started working with them and the whole integration process is super easy. Mari F. and the whole team made the onboarding process a breeze. Mari was super friendly and kind. If you're like me and like talking to humans to get doubts solved (especially when learning something) its super easy to schedule a call and was able to talk with her the next day at the latest. Thanks for all the help! :)

ShipHero has been far and away the best fulfillment center I've dealt with. Their software is amazing which makes a huge difference. Also their support staff are always ready to help. Hats off to Bel and Clara - they go above and beyond to help me when I make mistakes (they're generally my fault haha). I wouldn't go with anyone else.

very nice app and excellent support - pricing for fulfillment is competitive and they keep communication lines very open. I have had a few glitches with the interface and support worked diligently to resolve them.

I used this Shiphero app for fulfilling our orders in US. Since i am new to Shopify i got so many questions to be answered for fulfillment part, So i would ask the customer service right away at shiphero dashboard. Their customer service is excellent especially BELA who is very kind, friendly she will answer all of the questions patiently...... I once got into the trouble of shipment issue of inputting wrong address due to my supplier mistake ...i directly contacted customer service team -Clara she helped me contacting FEDEX support team in resolving this issue. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Bela and Clara for this ... It is very pleasure to work with you guys. Would recommend others to try Shiphero for fulfillment.
