Overall great app. The customer service representatives go out of their way to assist you with any issues and the dashboard is very user-friendly. I had one poor experience with a slow customer service response. I complained about the issue and the team responded quickly (specifically Danielle), and resolved it almost immediately. I look forward to working with Shiphero as my fulfillment service. Bel is always very helpful as well!

They have the best customer service. They respond usually within minutes, and they are always accurate and professional. I’ve had them for a month not on single complaint. Place I can trust with your inventory and customer fulfillment for sure. I give them 5

Our experience with Shiphero has been amazing so far. From the product and integration perspective, it's straightforward and quick to setup. But if we had to highlight something about them is their fantastic team and support. Always there, ready to help you out. Great overall service.

Been pretty happy using them, mostly because of great support staff. Excellent if you're just getting started, and the only 3PL app that is on the app store and not a private app.

Bel just helped me out of a bind with an important customer. She is prompt, professional, helpful and sent a funny gif! Highly recommend. Customer service is so important with fulfillment and any company that hires someone like Bel knows what they are doing.

I've been using Shopify to help me with expansion into US market and fulfillment. The app works perfect with Shopify and the portal is really clean, simple to use and easy to learn. Getting set up is easy, and the customer support along the way is great! 100% recommend!

I switched over to ShipHero because of reading all of the positive comments on here and it’s 110% TRUE! Their service is amazing. When I shipped out my bulk order, it checked into my fulfilment Account so quickly. Customer support is always there to help you in seconds with their chat box. My dashboard is so organized, I just love it! Thumbs up to the Team.

I just switched to ShipHero- so far things have been wonderful. If there is a snag, or I have any kind of question, support is just a chat box away (especially Bel, thanks for always helping so quickly)! The dashboard is straightforward and easy to understand, and so are the prices! Looking forward to doing business together.

I am switching over from another fulfillment service. The team has been quick to answer questions and been really helpful during the initial move. The pricing is also easy to understand and their processing times are fast so my customers are getting their items in a timely manner...

Shiphero makes our lives much easier and better! No need to worry about shipping any more as they provide the best and fast service! After checking quite a few fulfillment options we went with Shiphero and I couldn't be happier. Platform updates good with Shopify and they have been VERY helpful with every issue I have had and the details from my business. I would recommend 100%. They also have very competitive prices if compared with other fulfilment centers.

If you're on Shopify, ShipHero is who you should be outsourcing to. Software is great. Sending products in easy. Billing is clear. Orders ship promptly. A++

I reached out to ShipHero prior to installing to ask a few questions. Never got any responses. I then tried to install the app and speak with them. Never got any responses. I uninstalled the app and now trying to delete my account after a week of uninstalling, seems impossible. This is the worst app and customer service.
