worked well for us until it started randomly updating orders that we did not permit, updating addresses multiple times, and blocked me from logging in to make changes.... you can't just update your app and start changing things in a store with no email warning and no ability to turn it off.
Worst experience both with the app and the customer service. After we installed the app and our 3PL had tried to set it up with the help of customer services, they cancelled dozens of our orders due to a mistake made by one of their staff. It’s insane that staff can simply cancel orders and make refunds – even for orders that were assigned to a different site (not managed by Shiphero). The dashboard is complete garbage too. I would not recommend it under any circumstances.

We’ve been able to build repeatable processes, real KPIs, and clear ownership across our team, which has directly improved fulfillment speed and reduced costly mistakes. Support has also been solid. When issues come up, the team understands warehouse reality and doesn’t give generic SaaS answers. That matters when orders are moving in real time. ShipHero isn’t the cheapest option — and that’s a good thing. It’s not meant for early-stage brands that want shortcuts. It’s for operators who care about precision, scalability, and building a warehouse that can handle serious growth. If you’re running meaningful volume and want a WMS that brings structure instead of chaos, ShipHero is absolutely worth it.
