Great guys working here. I asked them to add a feature and they spent many hours building it. The app also work great for the company that pack and send my packages. Great app great people :)

We are so thankful we found ShipHero! Its streamlined our entire system, making our staff more productive, shipments much quicker and all around an easier process for everyone! Would highly recommend! Amazing customer service! Russell, Aaron and the staff are on top of answering any questions and we have really appreciated all of their help!

It is a very good app and excellent customer service. Efficient of stock management and dispatch now. A few website dispatch channels are linked together. Personally design for my company structure dispatch system. Very happy with this app. Wish this app become better and better in future.

Great shipping and inventory app. It decentralizes the shipping process while keeping track of inventory and pick and pack performance. It has some neat features.

We previously used ShipHero with Magento EE, but recently moved to Shopify Plus. We are now managing several Shopify Plus stores with ShipHero and it works like a dream. Some of the best things about ShipHero are: - iPad based, no more paper everywhere. - Full control with bin locations and overstock. - Fast and accurate picking process. We use carts where we pick into several totes for each picking session, and barcodes are used to verify. - Fast packing process with another round of verification by scanning barcodes or confirming manually. - Returns. - Cycle counting. - Statistics that greatly help when creating purchase orders. You can set re-order levels and amounts, saving you an incredible amount of time. ShipHero tells you how much you sold in the last 7/30/60/90/180/365 days. - Lots of useful reports that seems to get better all the time. - Amazing support! If you ship anything above 50 orders per day and/or have lots of SKUs with the need for bin and overstock bin locations, the monthly cost is definitely worth it! Using this vs the standard Shopify shipping workflow is like day and night. We had another WMS before ShipHero aimed at larger retailers, so we have tried others, but we are getting faster and more efficient packing and picking with ShipHero. Conclusion: Highly recommended!

If you're looking for a solution that accurately keeps your inventory, allows fast order processing, makes shipping a seamless process you're looking at the right partner. At www.ThreeBirdNest.com we are a growing online boutique and sell women's fashion apparel and accessories. We were utilizing several different solutions which created many points for errors and lag times on order processing. Since we have moved over to Ship Hero we ship orders same day, have accurate inventory counts, every item has a location and it's an EASY to use system. The team is amazing to work with, great support especially in the on boarding process which for us was a lot since we were moving over several different programs into one. There is way less manual work involved in order processing and we have one place to check for shipments, inventory, processing and orders. Couldn't be happier to give them 5 stars. It really has been a business MUST have for us!

We own our own store in addition to owning a 3PL that ships for other e-retailers. Moving to ShipHero has been one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences we've had in our years of existence. Previously we had to manage inventory with one app and then ship with another. This meant we had to develop a lot of processes for returns, shipping, and inventory that jumped from platform to platform. Now we're able to handle it all in one place which as created so many efficiencies for our team. Above all, their team is incredibly responsive to any issues that come up and they're very accommodating to features and requests that we've had. I really can't recommend them enough.

ShipHero has been incredibly easy to use from the beginning, and the support team has been very helpful. The mobile apps make it easy for me to work from anywhere in the warehouse.

ShipHero is the best software for running an ecommerce business where you ship product. The software has a ton of flexibility. Make sure you take advantage of the onboarding calls and get help with your setup. You need to map your warehouse locations to your Shopify Locations or you'll end up with confusing stock situations. Once you get the setup done, ShipHero is killer. We got our error rate down to 0.01% and we're faster than ever before on shipping. Receiving is lot easier to track. Returns are awesome. The automation rules are very powerful, you can automate how you want orders handled based on dozes of criteria. 10/10 would recommend.

I can't tell you how nice it is to be able to streamline shipping. The developers at shiphero have put in a ton of time to make sure shiphero works the way I need it to.. Can't recommend enough

I love Ship Hero. Running the warehouse and managing inventory is soooo much easier with it. They get e-commerce and what we need.
