This app takes care of Shipping Protection and has amazing customer service - both for technical support and when customers have to actually make a claim. They are fast and communicate everything well. We discusses a few things, amongst them also a customization of the widget and they were accommodating and quickly implemented it. Highly recommended!

Painless implementation. Claims are processed quickly. Great company and people to work with. Very collaborative and open to feedback that often leads to product enhancements. They don't just tell you they will put something on the roadmap - they deliver!
