We used another shipping insurance service before and switched to ShipInsure and are delighted with the turn. Our point person is always super responsive and customers rarely reach out to us for additional support with their claims. ShipInsure is responsive and makes us feel valued!

This app takes care of Shipping Protection and has amazing customer service - both for technical support and when customers have to actually make a claim. They are fast and communicate everything well. We discusses a few things, amongst them also a customization of the widget and they were accommodating and quickly implemented it. Highly recommended!
