I would give more stars if I could. Shipper HQ is both an incredibly powerful and flexible app for calculating shipping and delivery costs, their support is the absolute best I've seen. You can not go wrong with this product and the team that backs it up!!! To speak to the reviews that indicate a steep learning curve - first, I would say that it can appear intimidating, but if you take a breath and follow the steps in the help docs one by one, it's quite easy to set up. AND if you get stuck, that's when their service can really be helpful in figuring out what you missed (I speak from experience. Every problem I've had has been something I missed that was right there. They never make me feel badly about it, but just solve my problem) As to shopify and shipper HQ, I can speak to that too, because I used Shipper HQ on a different platform previously, and that platform would record any errors in going through shipping. Shopify doesn't do that, and I would put that on shopify not shipper HQ. Regardless of the lack of error codes from the website, Shipper HQ has helped me out of TWO jams that I got myself in, and in WAY under 24 hours too!! Don't listen to the negative reviews. They don't represent what this company stands for, (which should be obvious based on the responses from the App team.)

Anthony Cantabrana provided exceptional customer service! He was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was always available to take my calls. His support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Even though we didnt end up using the app it was Five-star service—I truly appreciate his help!

Do not trust - they avoid cancelling your subscription despite following their cancellation procedure. I tried subscribing to ShippeHQ for my store which wasn't suitable for us. We claimed the 15 day trial and almost immediately tried cancelling by contacting the app's support to cancel the plan, as per their instructions for their app. Anthony Cantabrana advised I should fill out a form here (https://docs.shipperhq.com/subscription/#Close_or_Cancel_Subscription) which directs you to this page (https://docs.shipperhq.com/cancel-subcription/) which states "Please contact CustomerSuccess@ShipperHQ.com at least 3 days prior to the next bill date to request cancellation. A team member will reach out to you within one business day to confirm your cancellation." We followed these instructions and have still been charged. I have emails proving my correspondence. App in question: ShipperHQ: All-In-One Solution If you want an app which is a pain to cancel, this is the no.1 winner in my opinion.
