Our company has used ShipperHQ for many years now, dating back to our site launching on Magento 1.9. We're now on Shopify and continue to be impressed with their technology. What I like the most about ShipperHQ is the ability to create rules that give us an incredible amount of control over what rates are shown and when. Stuff like No Fedex Home if its a PO Box or to AK/HI/PR, blocking certain items from shipping to certain locations, the ability to "tweak" pricing with adjustments. It gives you so much control.

Been using ShipperHQ for years now. I wanted to leave a review beacuse I sent in a support ticket this morning. They responded right away for more information then replied with a solution. Very good customer service all around.

We've been using ShipperHQ for 5 years now. It's been great for our customers. Support has always been very helpful in helping us accomplish some of the oddball issues we come up with. If you are totally new to this type of software, it will take some time to learn but most everything is fairly straight forward.
