ShipZip Shipping Rates & Rules

This shipping app has changed everything! I'm thrilled with the customizations of calculations for shipping rates by zone. We are no longer losing money on shipping and finally able to offer accurate shipping costs for the customer. It took some time to set up but it has been worth it. We use this app for two of our online shops now. Support is wonderful and prompt. I highly recommend the Ship zip app to streamline shipping calculations.

Great app, great support. We have been using this for over a year now and its and absolute must have app if you post in the UK to be able to set different shipping rates for postcodes like Highlands and Islands. I am still shocked this is not native in Shopify but thank goodness ShipZip exists to save the day.

The best customer service of any app I've used. Fast, easy to communicate with and helped to adaptor their app to suit my special needs.

Fantastic app and even better support who are always on hand to solve any issues that arise. Thank you

I cannot recommend ShipZip highly enough. Sid and has been terrific in assisting us to modify the app to suit our specific requirements. The response to queries is fast and the app works a treat on our store.

Easy to use, and excellent customer service when help is needed

I absolutely love this app! Sid is a gem; he replies instantly whenever we need assistance. You won't regret downloading this app. It's great value for money and offers many essential functions that we need.

Great low cost app, if like me you are in the UK and struggling to set shipping costs specific to postcodes (namely the Scottish Highland and Islands). The Team at ShipZip are great and really, really helpful, they helped me set up all my shipping variations and have shown me what to do so I know for next time! I would for sure recommend this app! Thanks

This is one of the best apps for business who would like to show 2 or more different shipping modes to customers. Very highly recommended. Siddharth from the team has really helped us to understand this even better.

been using for many months, they have helped me to customize my shipping and checkout experience for my customers. their customer service is great and they know what i wanted when i describe to them vaguely

A very clever app. I am not very technical, so the brilliant help I received from the developers was amazing. They are available 24/7 and I used WhatsApp and Google Meet to interact with them. Really great guys.

Awesome service, Siddharth helped me to install and configure the app, and followed up when we needed to resolve a technical issue. He was always quickly available. The app works well to us.

ShipZip have enabled my new online shop and the shipping rates in the UK to work seamlessly. I needed to set rules for deliveries to Highlands and Islands and this App fulfilled all the needs for me. I received expert help from Sid when stuck with how to set shipping rates and I would highly recommend this App and company. Definitely deserve their 5 stars.

excellent customer service. always willing to help with complex situations. app works very well for our multiple physical store pickups and also ups shipping methods, all with custom delivery parameters.

Really useful app with a lot of ability. The customer service outweighs any other I've had on shopify. Always happy to help and really quick.

The BEST customer service. Thank you for all your help. Highly recommend this app!
