The most stupid app I've ever used! It's not easy to use or understand. The videos are useless! I can't understand them and they fly thru the important parts. Seriously, figure your S#!T out!

I know application needs to be easy to understand but the shipping is the complicated thing it self so defiantly it's options are complicated to understand.
