Without doubt the best support Ive experienced. All done for two web sites in a matter of hours. Loaded Australian zipcodes, set rates from Australia Post by region (Capital, Metro & Remote) ... and bingo ... works beautifully.

This app helped us create complex delivery rules for our shopify store. It allows us to apply various conditions based on product tag, meta tag, price difference, customer location and more. The app is not easy to use, but the support team is very helpful. They can answer our questions or problems through online meetings. Highly recommended.

Excellent App. We have multiple locations and wanted to give just 1 flat shipping fee and it was done smoothly, till now there are no bugs and the support team helped me set up. Happy to find this app.

Excellent App and great service from the development team. Although the devs are based in a different continent their communication and completion deadlines for shipping services is awesome.

The support is awesome. Quick and very responsive. This app helps a lot with the shipping rates. I could set up the rate by postal code which I was exactly looking for. Very helpful.

The app support is excellent. I was having trouble setting some things up but I was able to book a Zoom meeting with a support person within 40 minutes using a simple Calendly booking system. Support spent nearly 30 minutes helping me to set up the app and implement useful features which I was very grateful for. I would happy recommend this app to anyone!

I was having so much trouble finding the right app to help with our complicated shipping needs. This app solved all of my problems. The best part is not even the app, it's the customer service. Rak was so awesome. Best customer service!

Siddharth Kevadiya and the team were super helpful with the integration. They are constantly available to resolve any bugs, listen to customer feedback, and improve their product. The functionality that this app provides is extremely crucial for the D2C landscape.

I got to say that the customer service provided by Sidd was excellent. He was able to build his application around our requirement. Would highly recommend his app for those who would like to have individual carrier fee for individual zip code.
