Incredible the support I got for the app! We had very difficult requirements for the app but the support helped me with everything! I have never experienced anything like it. Even when the requirements have changed, the support has helped me very quickly. The app is incredibly good and easy to use and you can do everything you need. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I couldn't do it without the great support from the support team. Works well with my store and can't wait to retrieve back those lost shipping fees, especially from customers who were not honest in selecting the right shipping rates for their address in the first place.

The best customer service I have experienced with a Shopify app. Sid was awesome helping me set up the app plus adding a few extra touches at the same time. Every issue was solved in just a few minutes. I can now offer my customers the best shipping options with little effort, something I could never do using Shopify's native shipping management. My shopify store has a lot of products and we work with 7 different couriers to ship items in Australia, that makes the shipping rate very hard to manage. Before we use Shipping Rates & Delivery date, we can only estimate the cost and that certainly cause some problems in maintaining profit in some of the areas. This app perfectly fits my needs to apply different shipping charges based on every single SKU/Tag/Postcode, then we will no longer need to worry about the inaccurate shipping cost charged my customer. This is also a good thing for my customer, as some of them don't have to pay too much for the shipping. It is fantastic app in managing the shipping rate for us. By the way, Sid and Harmish offer a great help in setting up the app, very professional, very responsive.

I desperately needed a solution for having one shipping rate across multiple locations. The Shopify team suggested this app and they did not disappoint. It took a bit of work (on their end) to set up but they got it all sorted for my store. Including following up on fixing my international shipping rates. This App is amazing!!. But more than the app the best feature is the support. I click on the chat and inmediatly recieved support. (AVOID FROM MULTI LOCATION SHIPPING PAYMENT) Hey guys! Firstly i want to say that this app is really perfect!!! I tried a lot of app untill i install this application, they said like others app they will fix immediately what i want and yes on monday they fixed. My problem was this; I have 5 location one is store and anothers are storage. And i make all shipment from my store. But if shopify collect products from different location, on cart put shipping price for each location but i have just one price for shipping. As they promised i talked with this guys on saturday, they said on monday they will fix. I gave permission them om saturday, i woke up on monday and i saw that i got mail problem is fixed. After i tried and really they fixed. If you have somebody who has problem like this they will understand me how i am happy. Thanks all team!
