Great functionality for our florist business, with km based and time slots. Works well with the EasyRoute app our drivers use. Support is always very helpful when we need to add new features or change a setting.

This is a fantastic shipping app! Our shop sells thousands of products, and the products need two different shipping methods: by courier or by pallet. Most shipping apps support filtering by product tags, but in our situation, only filtering by collection can properly assign the products into right categories (i.e. by courier or by pallet). This app supports filtering by collection, and therefore we don’t have to add each single product one by one manually. This app supports limitation by postcodes, which is a great help for us. Then, the actual shipping fee is further determined by weight. We use tiered-pricing based on total weight, and this app helps to achieve this. Later, we need mix/merge rate, and this app can do this too! The support along the way is also excellent. I would like to say thank you to the team (especially Sid). This app is exactly what I was looking for. As a florist, it's important to have a reliable Shipping & Delivery Date service and this app provides that. I particularly like that you can refine shipping options via post code. The app development and support team are extremely responsive and helpful, some of the best I have come across in Shopify apps. They have truly gone above and beyond for my app setup and I can't sing their praises high enough. Definitely a great app with great service, highly recommend.

Great application when shipping to different postcodes. Also use the app for Click & Collect. Quick service if you have any issues, straight on a video call to amend. Excellent service as it should be. A++++

I have been using Ship Zip for years for a somewhat complicated shipping set up and it works perfectly- sorted out all the shipping limitations we had with Shopify. Support is awesome- live chat always available plus you can make a time to jump on a call with someone to get any issues sorted promptly. Really that is the most important thing with any of these apps- that they can sort any issues that may arise quickly. Definitely trust and recommend Ship Zip :)

wow! wow! wow!!! This application is the best thing that ever happened for anyone that uses third party shipping rates. I've been using a different application which was always giving me other explainable issues. I had customers constantly call me with rates and shipping issues which made me lose money and the worst part the customer service was terrible. This app is completely opposite. First off, I must say the customer service is implacable. I had a representative on Skype with me for an hour setting up all the different settings/rates i needed at no extra charge (shout out Sid). This app is amazing. This app does many things. I now deleted 2 paid apps because of this one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I highly recommend Shipzip: Shipping & Delivery as it has helped us streamline our website deliveries and improve the UX/UI for our cart/checkout with a custom feature where customers can be charged a delivery fee based on the suburb they live in. A custom setting that most of the other delivery apps don't have. Previously we had three shipping apps doing the same tasks this one app does which has saved us $120 USD per month with app fees and is reasonably priced at $19.95 per month for those great features on the top "shipping with delivery date" plan. On top of all the great features, the support is absolutely amazing! We had some troubles with setting the app up correctly and Sid was more than generous to help us get the app set up correctly with a quick response time. This app is perfect for anyone who has a delivery service like our florist business.
