Brilliant, the support is second to none too. Sid helped me set up a complicated set of requirements that actually went beyond delivery to additional bits that we thought a Shipping App wouldn't be able to do, but he was sat with me and worked out all our requirements and then setup setting up not only ShipZip but using other apps on Shopify too. Above and beyond.

These guys have great customer service. Sometimes I don't have time to create rates or trouble shoot on my own. These guys help with it all. Highly suggest if you are busy and need a good shipping rate/method go with them

incredibly useful app. customer service has been fantastic in helping get set up.

Fills in a lot of the missing functionality that Shopify lacks - essential for shipping to different zones across the UK without excluding customers in hard to reach areas (or eating the extra costs of delivering to them yourself). An absolute must if you have complexities in your shipping rules too, especially if you are using unit based rules rather than weight, which are impossible to setup with Shopify alone. Helpful team as well, who have been invaluable in bug-fixing (largely because of the complexity of our case). I would not say that the set-up is straight-forward and user-friendly for a non developer, but difficulty is to be expected with the different logic required to make our logistics rules work.
