The application is very user-friendly and manageable, thanks to its intuitive user interface. One of the best things about ShipZip is its ability to set shipping rates using postcodes. It also allows tagging of orders, which is very helpful in keeping our team organised. This app is very useful and helps increase the functionality of our online store. ShipZip offers first-class customer support, which is very important. Whether we are requesting features or technical support, their team was able to do quickly and effectively assist us. This is a fantastic shipping app! Our shop sells thousands of products, and the products need two different shipping methods: by courier or by pallet. Most shipping apps support filtering by product tags, but in our situation, only filtering by collection can properly assign the products into right categories (i.e. by courier or by pallet). This app supports filtering by collection, and therefore we don’t have to add each single product one by one manually. This app supports limitation by postcodes, which is a great help for us. Then, the actual shipping fee is further determined by weight. We use tiered-pricing based on total weight, and this app helps to achieve this. Later, we need mix/merge rate, and this app can do this too! The support along the way is also excellent. I would like to say thank you to the team (especially Sid). Thank you for your timely and professional support through many emails, online chats, and resourceful online help desk. -- updated: The after-sale support is really good. Thank you very much.

This app is exactly what I was looking for. As a florist, it's important to have a reliable Shipping & Delivery Date service and this app provides that. I particularly like that you can refine shipping options via post code. The app development and support team are extremely responsive and helpful, some of the best I have come across in Shopify apps. They have truly gone above and beyond for my app setup and I can't sing their praises high enough. Definitely a great app with great service, highly recommend.

Great application when shipping to different postcodes. Also use the app for Click & Collect. Quick service if you have any issues, straight on a video call to amend. Excellent service as it should be. A++++

Best app for shipping on the market. I have used multiple apps but none of them had so many features as ShipZip. Also the team provides great support and helps with custom solutions as well. Highly recommend this app.

excellent app- sorted out all the shipping limitations we had with shopify. support is awesome. live chat sorted an urgent issue (shopifys fault) immediately. really that is the most important thing with any of these apps- that they can sort any issues that may arise quickly. so good to know you can trust them with this!
