Every. Single. Time. Aditya from Shipmagic pulls through. I cannot tell you how complicated my shipping set-up can get, and he keeps on performing miracles to ensure that my shop runs smoothly! He truly is the BEST! I literally will never go over to another app - the support Aditya has shown has been 100/10 fantastic. I gladly pay the $14 a month - without it, my shop would be chaos as there is no native way to do what ShipMagic does for us. You can't go wrong with this system!

App support has been fantastic! Aditya has been very patient despite my lack of knowledge and helped set up carrier calculated rates, that we'd almost given up on after attempting previously. Very happy.
