No response from support and never on live chat!
Hi, We actually sent you an email at "[email protected]" from "[email protected]" regarding your query on July 11th. Can you please check your spam folder to see if it landed by chance in there? Nonetheless, we have sent you another email using a different email address "[email protected]" with an update on your query. Please revert to us on that email. We have some clarification questions regarding your feature request. If possible, we will build the feature you require in our app for you.

Hi, 1. Having CCS is mandatory to use ANY third party shipping rate app including ours. It is a rule implemented by Shopify and we cannot do anything about it. We have also mentioned it on our app listing. 2. You do not have to upgrade to the most expensive plan to get CCS. It is available on the Shopify plan as well. Thank you for punishing us for a crime we did not commit. My whole team who have worked tirelessly day and night is very grateful to you.
